THEMIS BARBECUE HOUSE,PANIPAT
Tucked amid the fragrant dhabas and sweetshops of Panipat’s GT Road, Themis Barbecue House has quietly rewritten the city’s dining script since 2017. Inside its charcoal-walled cabin, live coals hiss as hunks of murgh malai, Lucknowi seekh and Cajun-spiced fish rotate slowly, basting in their own juices while the house biryani steams in clay handis. For locals who once travelled to Delhi for flame-kissed flavour, this rooftop grill has become the benchmark for barbecue in Haryana’s historic heartland.

4.5/5 (Read the Reviews)
Perched above Syndicate Bank on the second floor of ND Tower, Themis Barbecue House turns Panipat’s Sanjay Chowk into an unexpected grill destination: smoky kebabs and buttery murgh arrive at copper-lined tables while a 360° city view keeps the mood airy. The 4.5-rated kitchen balances North-Indian spice with continental finesse—think charcoal-kissed malai tikka followed by a delicate thyme-lemon fish—at prices that let families feast without flinching. Service is brisk, parking is ample beneath the tower, and the rooftop section stays breezy even in Haryana’s peak summer.
